The Deal Room
Welcome to The Deal Room. We are a career accelerator for high school students targeting high-profile careers post-college including private equity, investment banking, management consulting, and corporate law.

THE DEAL ROOM
PROVIDE COLLEGE PREP THAT NOT EVEN COLLEGES PROVIDE
The Deal Room partners with leading secondary schools to white label career-focused programming for students.
This isn't about college prep -- it's about career prep.
Why Partner with The Deal Room
Your Brand,
Your Turf
Programs can either be sponsored by The Deal Room or in partnership. Regardless, we will work with you to ensure that your school's culture, style, and brand are maintained. We want the program to feel like an extension of your school, not a third party provider.
We can also host the program in your spaces to avoid dislocating administration, students, and parents.
Your Time,
Your Schedule
Our program is structured to run for 7 days. This is to accommodate the busy schedules of students, who often play sports or other extracurricular activities. We want to work seamlessly with your academic calendar, not something that you have to find space for.
While summer is a traditional period, because of the condensed program period, we can also work on winter or spring scheduling.
Ivy League,
Wall Street
Our instructors have had the career path your students aim for -- elite and intense education, elite and intense job. Other programs have faculty that don't understand the recruiting process for or day-in-the-life of these jobs.
Our philosophy is, "See one, do one, teach one." We've watched deals, we've signed LOIs, we're now here to lead the next batch.
We have successfully gone through Ivy League on-campus recruiting for consulting, investment banking, and private equity. There is no program that will better prepare entering college freshmen for these careers.

On-Campus Recruiting
You have the smarts and the skills to land the job you want -- how do you actually get in front of recruiters, excel at interviews, and secure a job offer?

This training takes you through the entire application ecosystem -- from your resume to the hiring managing director, so that you understand the process and timeline of recruiting. From there we prepare you for each step of the process with mock interviews, sample interview questions, resume review, and dress code.
GSD:
Effective Leadership
Custom Case Studies
You have the smarts, the skills, and now the job. Yet, you can't make sense of the org chart, your peers are telling you different things than your manager, and you can't figure out how to deliver on your projects. How do you actually get stuff done in large organizations?
This program takes you through the heart of project management -- people, process, and technology -- to understand how to produce impact. We will study B2B Enterprise Sales to appreciate process, stakeholders, and the vagaries of human affairs.
Every summer, the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College asks us to teach a course for incoming MBA students. The first year it was Elon Musk vs. Twitter. Most recently it was PGA Tour vs. LIV Golf. The courses are custom and case-study based.

Similarly, we can work with you on a specific or niche need you have for programming.
